Fat Around the Waist

Fat around the waist is the most common complaint on fitness and more difficult to reduce, but this is beyond the appearance, and a flabby stomach, is an indicator of future serious health problems. Fat around the waist increases the risk of heart disease and stroke, high blood pressure, elevated levels of lipids, back pain, diabetes, cancer and cholesterol, as a recent study found. Form of fat produces hormones and women with excess abdominal fat production of estrogen, which can increase breast cancer risk. Addition, flabby stomach weakens the abdominal muscles that cause back pain, muscular problems, fatigue and poor posture.
